In the past few weeks I have received many positive emails from my team in regards to Steve’s performance and responsiveness. We have sent him many website change requests, and he is responding at a rapid pace and communication has been excellent. I am writing to thank you on behalf of NIMH program staff.  The time and effort Frank put into assisting with the PGX meeting was greatly appreciated.  On very short notice he played a significant role in the meeting, taking care of all travel and lodging needs in a very limited period of time.  We have several NIMH workshops coming up in October and with Frank’s help executing those meetings they are much more likely to be a great success!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for your participation in the Recovery and Health: Echoing Through the Community Webcast. I have received some very positive feedback from across the country and wanted you to know that together we made a difference among individuals and communities that participated by providing them a platform to have the conversation of how important Recovery is in the context of the overall health of our country. What a nice thing to see as you return to my office from a meeting just after noon! I think this is a really good piece of work, and commend everyone for such excellent contributions to our collective project…. sometimes I feel like I work with the brightest, most committed people on the planet, and you all demonstrated that in these clips!

Thank you so very much Susan!  I enjoyed talking to you and am immensely grateful for all of the extra care you gave in arranging these items for me.  I can’t tell you how much safer I feel, knowing that everyone is so concerned for my welfare and doing so much to allow me to attend the PCORI meeting next week.  You’ve done my heart good and I love you all for it! I hope I get the chance to meet you and give you a great big hug!

For my part, I believe we accomplished much of what I was hoping for, and I doubt we could have been so successful without all the structural and logistical pieces you were all instrumental in putting together. Char, First I am writing to thank you for your heroic efforts on getting the docs all ready for our NBDA launch on Monday. As Susan may have shared, it is outstanding – in large measure because of your great work on the press documents. Absolutely some of your best work – and I say that knowing you have done some really great things for me over the years.

Barbara, just wanted to send you a note regarding Jennifer’s amazing work with this meeting. She’s left no stone unturned and has thought of every detail. I’ve always been impressed by her but this meeting has been exceptional. Her ability to multitask and immediately respond to requests with a solution within seconds is remarkable. She’s gone above and beyond. This has been a great experience and am very pleased with our decision to renew our option year with Capital Consulting Corp. because of her work.
